This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 750 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Booking Verification We operate similarly to hotels; however, since you will be utilising a self-check-in, we require these details digitally via a secure link. Please note that the property requires the following from the main booker ID verification documents within 48 hours after booking: a photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation, along with a real-time selfie. Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Please note that failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation while upholding the cancellation policy. Security Deposit A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out. Cleaning Service Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee. Basic Amenities A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions. Noise and Party Policy This property is located in a residential area. We adhere to a strict noise policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment. Parties or gatherings are not permitted at this property. Violation of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of any remaining funds or deposits.
