This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 750 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The booking person is required to complete a pre-arrival form within 48 hours of the confirmed booking. The pre-arrival form needs to be completed with a photo of a valid photo identification and a real time selfie. A photo of the credit card needs to be submitted when requested. Please note that all bookings will be subject to an additional credit card fee of 1.7% over the total amount. Upon booking, a 10% deposit of the full amount will be charged. This deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in
