About the Place

Offering luxuriously appointed rooms and apartments, Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central is situated in Queenstown. The hotel is set on a central elevated position and features a fitness centre, free unlimited high-speed WiFi and a restaurant. All rooms are designed to give a modern and spacious feel achieved with sleek and contemporary furnishings, along with a flat screen TV. The rooms boast views that include The Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu, and Kelvin Heights Peninsula overlooking the Queenstown Golf Club, all the way down to both Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. Some rooms offer views such as Queenstown Hill, as well as Queenstown’s Skyline Gondola. Opening in 2020, guests will be able to enjoy the on-site restaurant, offering contemporary New Zealand cuisine and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant will also include a House Bar for those looking to meet up with others, or unwind and relax over a drink. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for NZD 25 per person per night when using an available cot. People 2 years old and over stay for NZD 80 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Important information

Please inform Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is an additional 2% charge when you pay with a MasterCard or Visa credit card, and 3% charge when using an American Express credit card. Please note that the hotel has the right to process your provided credit card 48 hours prior to arrival for the full amount of your stay unless a non-refundable rate is booked, in which case your credit card will be processed immediately. Please ensure the credit card used to make your reservation with, is the credit card you intend your booking payment to be processed to. Changing your method of payment is not an option. Guests are required to show a valid photo ID (NZ drivers license or passport) and credit card upon check in. Please note when booking more than 3 rooms you will be required to make full prepayment as a non-refundable deposit, due it being a group booking.
