This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform VicHaus Serviced Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of SGD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024. Housekeeping and change of linens are done only on a weekly basis are not available on weekends and local Public Holidays. Full advance payment of entire duration of stay is required prior to check-in. For reservations that are less than 29 days, a damage deposit of SGD 500 is required on arrival. For reservations that are more than 29 nights, we will inform you of the refundable security deposit required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception is only open on weekdays 9AM - 6PM.
