About the Place

Located about 50 metres from the sea in San Juan de los Terreros, Residencial Mar de Pulpí features a seasonal outdoor pool and children’s playground. It offers duplex apartments or bungalows with a sun terrace or garden. With contemporary furnishings, they include air conditioning, and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee machine and dishwasher. Some offer views of the sea or the garden. Located opposite a large coastal park, Residencial Mar de Pulpí is 13 km from Águilas and a 40-minute drive from Lorca. The Kids Club is only open in July and August and is free only for Mar Holidays tenants. Electricity service is limited to prevent abuse of electrical equipment. Average daily consumption is set at 20kW. For one bedroom apartments, the limit is 15kW per day.
