Children of any age are allowed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.

Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In making the booking, you agree to pay the damage deposit prior to checking in, failure to provide the required deposit means you won't be able to checkin & we won't be able to refund you in these circumstances. The damage deposit will place a hold on funds 2 days prior to checkin & will be automatically released within a maximum of 7 days after checkout. We do not charge for small items such as broken individual cups or plates, however, if anything is damaged please let us know so that it can be replenished for the next guest. No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited & also illegal inside this property. If there is evidence of smoking during your stay, you will be asked to leave immediately & there will be no refund for any unspent nights. If there is a check in the same day & we are forced to cancel the next guest's stay because of cigarette smoking, you may also be charged for the price of the reservation. If you do wish to smoke, feel free to do so outside the property & away from any windows (or feel free to drop us a message and we’ll be more than happy to help direct you to the appropriate place). Pets - Providing prior notice is given, up to two well behaved pets are welcome at the property subject to a one off fee of £20 per pet . Please let me us when you place the reservation the type & of number of pets. Note, you will be responsible for the pet & any damage caused by them at all times. Late checkout/early checkin - Due to the ongoing COVID crisis we are obliged to ensure contact between guests & cleaning staff are kept to a minimum & are required to undertake a much more labour intensive cleaning regime. Therefore, please check out at or before the time to ensure that the cleaners have enough time to clean the apartment for the next guests. If there is a late checkout, we will apply a 15 minute grace period & after which there is a fee of £25 up until 30 minutes past checkout & then 3 times the nightly rate thereafter as well as any relocation costs if there is a checkin the same day. If you do require a late checkout this may be possible subject to availability, however, please ask by the evening before and we will be happy to confirm if available & for a small fee. Noise - In order to create a peaceful environment for all guests & neighbours we kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum after 10.00 pm. If there are repeated complaints on noise we reserve the right to cancel the booking & there will be no refund of any unspent night in these circumstances. Number of guests - Only the number of guests specified on the reservation may stay at the property & no unauthorised extra visitors without prior permission. Should you wish to change the number of guests please send us a message in advance and we’ll be happy to assist. Furniture moving - Please do not move any furniture within the property as the cleaner may be working alone and unable to put them back & it could also damage the floors when moving. Tampering safety equipment - Any evidence of tampering with smoke/fire protection equipment will lead to forfeiture of the entire deposit and will lead to termination of the booking with no refund with immediate effect, it will also lead to reporting of guest misconduct on booking.com which may lead to termination of your account. Please note, as this puts other people’s lives at risk it may also constitute a criminal offence. Washing machine - Please be considerate of neighboring properties & do not start the washing machine after 8:30PM.
