Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Sky Pool is closed from Sun 01 Dec 2024 until Tue 01 Apr 2025 Sky Pool is closed from Mon 01 Dec 2025 until Wed 01 Apr 2026 Ground Floor Pool is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 Ground Floor Pool is closed from Sat 01 Nov 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026 Indoor Pool is closed from Thu 01 May 2025 until Fri 31 Oct 2025 Sky is closed from Fri 15 Nov 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 Towels are changed every 2 days, while cleaning takes place every 4 days. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Pet Policy: Only dogs up to 20kg are allowed into the property. Fees apply on check in and a damage deposit is required. Maximum 1 pet per apartment. Pets are allowed ONLY in certain room types, Standard Studio and Superior family apartments, both located in Block 2 of our property, Failing to notify in advance may incur in an allocation into the room types mentioned before in block 2 of our property. Full policies & rules may be requested by email. Roof top pool has an age restriction following the local health and safety regulations, roof top pool is for 17+ years. Guest will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card. A pre-Authorisation of a minimum of €50 up to €100* will be blocked until guest departs from our property** No cash deposits are accepted. Minimum pre-Auth is depending on the room type booked. On Check out, we will revert back to guest card the Pre-Auth but it may take longer depending on guest bank. Note that some excavation works have started at the back of the complex as of 17/10/2023 by third party contractors, during this period, guests may experience some noise. Family pool will be closed during 14/10/2024 to 21/10/2024 (One Week) for maintenance and preparations for our indoor pool, during this time guest with children will be allowed to use the roof top pool as an alternative. Renovation of bathrooms in block 4 work will be carried out from 11/11/24 to 22/12/24. Renovation work is done from 08:00 to 18:00 daily. The bathrooms of some rooms are under renovation. Renovation of bathrooms in block 4 work will be carried out from 03/01/25 to 09/03/25. Renovation of south facing façade work will be carried out from 03/01/25 to 16/03/25. The south facing façade will be closed when working on specific areas.
