This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A small complimentary supply of kitchen and bathroom items is provided for the first night of your stay. This includes one dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid sachet, cloth, scourer, small soap and one toilet paper. You need to supply additional kitchen and bathroom supplies for the duration of your stay. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'.
