Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform Super Cosy Apartment in The Heart Of Chelmsford in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. • No smoking • Pets may be accepted at this property - this is by request only and at the host's discretion so please ask me when booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply. • No parties or events • Check-in is 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM We charge a refundable damage deposit of £300 to all guests. The lead guest's credit card will be pre-authorised prior to check-in being arranged. This will be released following an inspection of the apartment after check-out. Please help us to return your deposit in full by observing the house rules: 1. Absolutely no smoking and no parties are permitted in the apartment. 2. We have a zero-tolerance policy to additional undeclared guests and any nuisance or anti-social behaviour. 3. Any guests found to be breaking the house rules will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. 4. For the consideration of our neighbours, noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 as the apartment is in a residential building. 5. Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and its contents. If there is an accident and something is broken or damaged as a result, please let us know as soon as possible and always before you check-out. 6. Guests are required communicate their expected time of arrival in advance so we can be available to meet them at the property with the keys at check-in. 7. We reserve the right to check the booker's ID and refuse entry for failing to show it. 8. Please run the dishwasher and take the rubbish and recycling out before you check-out. 9. If specialist cleaning is required (for example carpet cleaning to remove a stain), or an excessive amount of time to return an apartment to its previous state (i.e. glitter) we will charge an additional fee of £150. 10. We reserve the right to charge £250 (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where it is left in an exceptionally bad condition or if we believe smoking has taken place in the apartment. 11. No items are to be removed from any apartments or dismantled in any way. Any damage to the property, or items found to be missing when the property is inspected after check-out, will be deducted from the deposit. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment to reduce the likelihood of damage to the apartment and its contents. 12. If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay, or if a guest loses the key set, we reserve the right to change the locks and key set at a charge of £200. 13. Guests must check out by 10am unless a late check out has been agreed in advance with Tailored Stay as this impacts on the property being ready for incoming guests. Guests that have not agreed a late check out will incur a charge of £50 for every 10 minutes that our housekeeping staff is delayed after 10am.
