Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 11 years old stay for THB 1,875 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 12 years old and over stay for THB 3,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. A prepayment deposit via payment gateway or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further instructions. Credit card information added during your booking process will be used as a guarantee. Please note that room rates include a round trip shuttle boat transfer between Jadet Pier (the hotel's pier in mainland), and Ko Samet. The shuttle boat schedule is as follows: - From Jadet Pier (Ban Phe in mainland) to Na Dan Pier (Koh Samet): 14:00 and 17:00 - From Na Dan Pier (Ko Samet) to Jadet Pier (mainland): 11:00 and 13:00 Guests are advised to look out for Jadet Pier when arriving at the pier on the mainland. Kindly be at Jadet Pier 30 minutes before departure time. Guests who are unable to accommodate the boat shuttle schedule will have to hire a private speed boat at THB 3000 per boat, per trip (Maximum 6 persons). Please contact the hotel before the check-in date. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used during booking upon check-in. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Please also be informed that the property will strictly not allow guests to check in if the holder's name of the credit card used during booking is different from the guest's name. In case that the guest does not bring his/her own credit card used during booking, the guest will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk. The total amount which was previously deducted from the credit card used during booking will be refunded to the same card within 30–45 days. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. For customers who make reservations from your channel from Friday, July 9, 2021 onwards and wishing to use the parking lot, there will be a parking fee of THB 100 per car per night (pay to the staff at the service point). Renovation work is done from 18 August 2024 to24 October 2024. The barbecue station and the 3 beach front pool villas are under renovation.
