This unit is adjacent to our Garden Unit # 5 which has its own entrance, bathroom and small kitchenette, and is similarly equipped. In this garden unit, the guests can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful backyard, with the bayfront still only a stone's throw away. Unit # 4 is a one bedroom studio that is just across the verandah floor from Unit # 1 and is also similarly furnished and equipped. Guests may choose to dine outside as well as relax in the three seater couch which is just outside of this unit. The property is located in Seatons Village on the north east coast of the island. We share the waterfront with Stingray City Antigua and Laviscount Island, two popular local excursions. It is 10 t0 15 minutes drive away from Long Bay Beach and Devils Bridge historic site; 15 minutes from Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium, 25 minutes from Nelsons Dockyard and English Harbour; and within 30 minutes of the V C Bird International Airport and the capital city of St. John’s.
