The rooms at the Moderno Hotel are air conditioned and soundproofed with en suite bathroom and satellite TV. Most have balconies. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout and it also has a restaurant and bar. The restaurant has seating areas inside the hotel and outside, both under a gazebo in the street and in an internal courtyard. The hotel is 100 metres from the jetty on Lago Maggiore from where trips can be organised to the Borromee islands. Cable car trips to Mottarone also depart from Stresa and Malpensa Airport is 50 minutes’ drive away.
