This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that there is a 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 1.6% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that this property requires an AUD 500 credit card pre-authorization prior to check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. Wood will be supplied for fireplaces and are regularly serviced in line with council regulation when in use. Fireplaces are unavailable from the 1 October until 30 April every year.
