Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. • For bookings with breakfast included, breakfast will be provided for 2 people only. • Children 4-11 years old will be charged THB 350 per child per day for breakfast upon arrival when using existing bedding. • Children 4-11 years old will be charged THB 550 per child per day upon arrival when staying in Rock Royalty & Gold Suite room types and accessing club lounge. • The Rock Royalty Lounge Benefits are included when guest booked to stay in Rock Royalty City/Sea View, Silver Suite Family City/Sea, Gold Suite, Platinum Suite and Rock Star Suite. • A third person or extra person will supplement charge at Bt. 1,500 per night beyond the standard occupancy. • Halal breakfast is available on advanced request. • All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will incur a charge of THB 2,000. • The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in. • A cash security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is undergoing renovation as part of continued efforts to keep update. The rooms will start renovation floor by floor from August 1, 2024 until end of 2025. The newly renovated Rock Royalty Lounge on 9th floor will be opened by end of January 2025. In the meantime, lounge services are available in the Soul Lounge on the ground floor. The hotel will pause noisy renovation work from the 1st February 2025 until the 30th April 2025. During renovation, other hotel services will remain operational as normal. We will be undergoing renovation, as part of our continued efforts to update our property. The rooms will start renovation floor by floor from 1st August 2024 to the end of 2025, and the Rock Royalty Lounge will be closed from 1st August onwards until the end of 2024. During the period of renovation, noisy work will occur between 10 am-5 pm daily. While we undergo renovation, other hotel services will remain operational as normal.
