Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for NZD 15 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for NZD 57.50 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for NZD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform 15 Melbourne by Staysouth in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for further details, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The property will also email you instructions for check in. Please note this property requires all guests pay a bond of NZD 1000 per apartment to cover any incidental charges. The bond will be paid direct to the property managers 10 days prior to the guest’s arrival via a payment link sent direct to the guest’s email. Access will not be given to the property until the bond is received. The bond will be refunded when an exit inspection has been completed to confirm that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damage to the property. Should the cost for reparations exceed the bond amount, the property reserves the right to charge the card supplied at booking/bond payment. The property manager will reconfirm all aspects of your booking including payment terms, cancellation policy and bond requirements immediately upon receipt of your online booking. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the accommodation will not be serviced for the duration of your stay, except if your stay is for 8 nights or more, in this instance a free mini service is included. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival via Payment Express is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
