Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is 24 hour manned security on the premises. Please note, the number of guests occupying the room should include children in the total amount. A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. The property also requires a copy of a valid photo ID of the lead guest is sent to Ilford Tower Apartments prior to arrival. For guests that arrive later than normal check-in time (after 18:00), the property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late check-in starts from 18:00. A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed an all visitors have to show a valid photo ID. Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for an additional fee. Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room. Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard. The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. Kindly note that the lead guests must be aged 21 years or older.
