You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Penthouse has 1 allocated parking space located at the rear of the property and is best suited for small/medium vehicles. Alternative parking is available at The Manor Car Park should this be more suitable for an additional charge. All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, selfie, credit card, authorising the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date. Failure to complete the pre-check in could result in the reservation being cancelled.
