Stylish and contemporary one and two bedroom apartments conveniently located for the City Centre. Situated on The Ropewalk, these apartments have views over The Park, and are conveniently located for the city centre. Each apartment has a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king-size bed and separate bathroom. Two-bedroom apartments have king-size beds and additional en-suite shower rooms. Located with easy access to city centre shopping areas with its renowned boutiques and designer stores. There is a wealth of bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatres close by. The business and commercial districts are also within walking distance as is Nottingham Castle, The Playhouse and the Robin Hood trail.

SACO Nottingham is great! It is a renovated apartment building on Ropewalk, which is the diving line between downtown Nottingham and a posh Victorian development. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Adults stay for £22 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note a pre-authorisation of £1.00 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorisation. This must be processed via PDQ. Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed)- We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges £40 apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure). We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
