About the Place

This Georgian building is a family-run guest house with easy access to Edinburgh city centre by bus. It offers free WiFi, free parking and en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs. All rooms have a hairdryer and hospitality tray. Some rooms have period features and others have views of The Royal Observatory and Arthur's Seat. Allison House 16 is 2.4 km south of Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre. The regular buses take about 10 minutes to reach the city centre.

Please note the hotel is in a Georgian building and there is no lift, please advise in your booking if you require a room with no stairs, which is subject to availability. Car parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Car parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. If spaces are not available outside the front door of the property, there is free 24/7 on street parking on Peel Terrace.
