The PREMIER SUITES are in Liverpool's Garden Quarter, just a 20-minute walk from the famous Albert Dock. Lime Street Station and the Cavern Club are both within a 10-minute walk. Each spacious apartment features a living area with a flat-screen TV and a work desk. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout, and all apartments have a luxury bathroom with free toiletries. The fitted kitchens have an oven, microwave and refrigerator, and there is also a dining area and laundry facilities. Guests receive a welcome pack with tea/coffee, biscuits, milk and sugar.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a link from the card processing partner SOT pay to complete your payment transaction. This will be emailed on the day of booking for Prepaid reservations and within 3 days of arrival for flexible rates. Failure to make payment could result in cancellation of your reservation Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, and will be a nonrefundable deposit. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
