Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for COP 110,000 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children when using existing beds. It must be paid at the property upon check in. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old may stay for free using the existing beds. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
