Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 9 years old stay for COP 150,000 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 10 years old to 17 years old stay for COP 190,000 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 9 years old and over stay for COP 170,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Boats leave at 8:00 and return to Cartagena at 15:30, depending on the weather. The boat transfer service is not included, it can be purchased for an additional fee, contact the hotel for coordination. Guests arriving by vehicle should use an all-terrain vehicle since the road is bumpy and deteriorated. The property reserves the right to transport pregnant women on board. The hotel transfer fee is not included in the rate. 1.
