You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that adults, and children 12 years and over are charged QAR 100 room only per person per night in an extra rollaway bed. Extra bed can be accommodated in all rooms & suites except Standard rooms and Executive Rooms. Please note that the airport shuttles run on hourly scheduled timings and work on a first come first serve basis. Kindly contact reservation team in advance to arrange the shuttle. Please note upon arrival to the reception, guests are required to provide a valid QID or valid Passport, must be presented in physical original form. Failing which, guests, children or family members will be denied check-in as per the local law. Photocopies or Digital Copies of the identity proof are not acceptable to check in. The credit card holder needs to be present, and the credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking.
