Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 9 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 10 years old to 17 years old stay for MYR 40 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for MYR 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of MYR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that Villa Lot 1638 is a privately-owned vacation home. As the property does not have a 24-hour front desk, guests are required to provide their expected arrival and departure times, at least 3 days prior to check-in date, so that key pick-up and drop arrangements can be made. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 are subject to request and confirmation. Children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 10 years are charged MYR 40 per night for extra beds. Kindly note that reservations with incorrect name, identification number and nationality will not be accepted by the property. Please note that the property cannot accommodate more than the maximum occupancy stated in ALL room types.
