Participants need to promptly notify the front desk to update the registration information for room exchanges; visitors arriving at and departing from the hotel must complete the visitor registration form with the hotel security personnel. If participants do not notify the front desk of any room changes and the actual registration does not match, the hotel will retain the right to hold the relevant MICE group company responsible. The circumstances are serious, and the hotel will pursue economic losses and reputation compensation, as the visitor did not cooperate with the security personnel to perform the registration system.
