As a host, we aim to offer an enjoyable, comfortable, and safe 5 star stay! We would appreciate if you can follow the below additional House Rules and confirm that you've reviewed them BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

•Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours. No parties or events without prior consent. No additional guests; registered guests only.

•Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. This is a quiet family friendly neighbourhood and condo community.

•Please remove shoes inside the house and ensure you dust everything outside before entering to avoid sand build up inside the home or staining the area rug. Please use the door mats to remove sand from feet before entering the unit. A separate cleaning fee of $200 will be added to remove sand from the unit.

•No smoking inside the house. Violations will result in a $500 fine to remove smoke scent.

•No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

•There will be a $200 cleaning fee for any stains or damage to the couch.

•No music or bottles in shared areas (e.g., corridor, stairway, etc.).

•Electricity is extremely expensive in The Bahamas. Please ensure all lights and the air conditioning units are switched OFF to help us conserve energy when you’re not home. Close bedroom doors and windows to avoid AC units failing. If a unit fails due to attempting to cool more than one room, it cannot be repaired during your stay and the cost to repair will be added to your stay.

•Nothing but toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet. Any other items that might block the toilet will need a plumber to fix and be an additional charge.

•Keep shower curtains inside the tub as the water run off may cause slippery floors and we want to ensure you’re safety.

•When cooking, please close bedroom doors, turn on the stove vent and open kitchen window to avoid lingering scents.

•Occasionally, consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests. It is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.

•In the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbours, or security, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

•If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

•There is a lost key fee of $150 for replacing key and gate clicker.

•If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know so we can correct it for the next guest.

•Please refrain from taping, mounting or adhering any decorations to walls/ceilings/furniture as it damages these elements and is an expense to repair (charges will be given to guests).

•Please return all items to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
