Hosts retain access to the hose on travelers' private terrace. This access is granted whenever possible during travelers' absence.

Quiet area: between 10pm and 8am, the host and traveler reduce noise (TV volume, conversation, tap dancing, etc.).

Be careful when driving out of the property, as visibility is reduced and people drive fast. Otherwise, there's Carglass nearby.

Shared WEBER gas barbecue. First use with the host to learn how it works.

Don't feed the little dog, she's trying to get the summer body. No limit to belly-scratching, though.

Dirty dishes go into the plastic bin above the tumble dryer. If you need me to wash the dishes, leave the plastic bin on my terrace table.
