I am regular guy who is not really into 100% tight cleanness. So if you are very sensitive about this, my place will not be for you. I am Gym rat. So if you are into the fitness, we can also have workout together. Unfortunately I am not really into night life so I cannot give you the guild for LGBT night life place but I don't think you would need as BKK is already known for this. :)
Kitchen is separately so you are always welcome to have your own cook. Just make sure that you wash the dished after mean.
Cleaning lady visit the place every Tuesday. You don't need to do anything or move away but just keep this in you mind.

I work at the office on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. Since I am not at home, in Tuesday and Wednesday, your check-in time will be limited to before 8AM or After 6:30PM. Please keep this in your mind and also let me know in advance according to your flight schedule.
