SELF CATERING
You mostly take care of yourself, because me and my son have our lives - work, school and everyday life. Apart from making sure there is coffee and breakfast, the accommodation is self-catering. Feel free to use the kitchen, run the washing machine or sit on the balcony, but pick up/wash/dish/put them back after you.
KEYS AND LOCKS
There are no locks on the bedroom doors, neither to our rooms nor to the guest room. In other words, we need to trust each other and show respect for both integrity and belongings.

NUDITY
I love nudity and my guests are welcome to be naked if they want, but one request is to wear clothes when my teenage son is home. He is at an age where nudity is no longer/yet natural.
