6. This house is in a neighborhood with other houses so please be respectful when it comes to noise.
7 No cleaning fish in the house. Please clean them outside and clean up after yourself. Also please use the grill to cook fish so that it will not create an order in the house.
8. No pets at this time due to having expensive furniture and rugs.
9. No glass of any kind while using the hot tub.
10. please take all trash out at the end of your stay.
11. At the end of your stay please strip the beds and place all bedding and towls in the floor by the washing machine.
12. At the end of your stay please turn thermostat if its on heat during winter months down to 68 degrees. if its during Summer turn the air back up to 78 degrees.
