Outdoor music is not allowed at any time, day or night, or loud enough inside to be heard outside. If Code Enforcement is called to your property for a noise violation (including but not limited to yelling, screaming or music), you will receive a fine from Code Enforcement, the minimum amount being $500.

When booking with Poppy, you consent to receive SMS updates for your vacation rental booking, including instant booking confirmations, timely arrival information, personalized offers, local recommendations, and real-time support.
There is a Ring Doorbell at the property

Once the booking has been completed you will be contacted by a Poppy Experience agent for reservation verification. This must be completed via a phone call. At the time of verification, you will be asked to provide your best email address.

Within 48 hours of booking, you will be required to provide a government ID, and sign both the House Rules, and Poppy Reservation Agreement.

Occupants not to exceed two persons per bedroom.

You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older.

Pool and spa heat may be added at an additional nightly fee, plus activation and taxes. October 1 to June 1.

Utility deposit for all month, plus stays.

This rented property is privately owned. You agree to indemnify Poppy, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind.
