Patio:
There are three sliding glass doors in the lounge that open to the patio. They are each secured by STICKS on the bottom of the door in addition to the locks. Please REMOVE before attempting to open any of these doors. Please use the door from the kitchen preferably. PLEASE close the umbrellas overnight or when not in use. High winds can damage and knock them over.
Bathrooms:

We have a full laundry room with an ironing board, washer, and dryer located on the first floor. Should you wish to use this room during your stay please feel free to do so. PLEASE NOTE:

- PLEASE CLEAN the dryer filter after EACH USE.
- Restore any moved items to their original location.
- KEEP children under supervision in this room.
- TURN OFF the iron once used.
TV and Entertainment:
There are 4 TVs connected to the internet (we don’t have cable). There is a Netflix account set up, please use the “Guest” account. There is also a Bose sound dock which can be connected via Bluetooth (please do not move from its original location). There is a sound system for the patio as well with its controls located inside the lounge under the end table.
Upon departure please leave the controls on the coffee table/side table. Please leave them there so we can find them easily.
Grill:
There is a grill on the patio. The propane tank is shut off so please open it before using it. Please remember to move the grill away from the house to avoid any damage due to heat. Please remember to clean the grill after each use otherwise it will damage the grill. The gas for the propane tank can be filled from Ace Hardware in downtown Prattsville which is 3 miles away.
Garbage:
Please use the garbage bags provided for any trash. Always remember to keep the garbage inside the house as it will attract animals if left outside. Never leave any food or drinks outside overnight. Upon your departure please leave the closed garbage bags inside the garage. The entrance to the garage is through the Kitchen. Garbage pickup day is every MONDAY.
Smoking:
Please refrain from smoking inside the house at all times. If you smoke outside please dispose of the cigarette buds properly and place them in the trash. Please don’t leave cigarette buds on the ground or around the property. Non-compliance will result in extra cleaning fees.
Doors & Windows:
