If you are going to smoke: We have no problem with smoke inside the space, what we do ask you to do is to ventilate after smoking and be careful with possible burns (the damages caused by them will be charged). However, please do not smoke in the common areas of the building.
Pets are not allowed: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Quiet hours: It is required to maintain a quiet environment between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure the rest of all neighbors.
Respect common areas: Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep the common areas of the building clean and tidy.
Maximum number of guests: The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. It is not permitted to accommodate additional persons or invite guests other than those indicated at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 12:00. If you need a flexible schedule, ask us in advance about availability and we will try to reach an agreement.
