Naya is a 55m² apartment that consists of:
- an entrance area with a spacious closet.
- a beautiful open living room with a dining table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your meal overlooking the city and a comfortable sofa that can be used as double bed with an additional mattress (160x200 cm). A cute little children’s bed and additional equipment can be provided upon request.
- a 10m² balcony with an amazing view of the city, decorated with lovely plants.
- a cozy bedroom with a double bed 180x200 cm, working area, and balcony access.
- a modern bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer, towels etc.
- The apartment is air-conditioned via an ecological underfloor cooling and heating system. The energy consumption of the entire building is fed with green energy from the turbines of the Danube Canal. 0 carbon footprint. Netflix access is part of our service.

The building includes:
- Roof terrace on the 31st floor, open year round, with swimming pool, available during bathing season from May to mid-October from 8am – 10pm.
- Stylishly furnished library and lounge with workstations, reading area and WiFi connection.

- Direct access to the Danube Canal and private gardens with playgrounds for children and space to relax.
- Storage space for bicycles and strollers.
Parking options are:

Arriving from the airport:
15 minutes taxi ride, which costs between € 35 - € 50 or approx. 25 minutes train ride with CAT or S7 to Wien Mitte. Regional trains run every half hour. In Wien Mitte take the underground (orange line U3) 3 stops to Schlachthausgasse and exit at Markhofgasse.
Arrival from the main train station:
Tram line 18 takes you directly from main station to Schlachthausgasse in 20 minutes. The stop is a 2-minute walk from the building entrance.
