You’re about 20 mins away from the downtown area. Austin doesn’t have a gayborhood per se. But fourth st and Colorado does have a block of gay bars and shops. My favorite dance bar is coconut club. I am about 10 mins away from south park meadows nothing to brag about but it’s a good shopping plaza. Overall Austin is a very gay friendly city.
