·No pets, and no smoking.
·Please note that there are security cameras on the outside deck only (no cameras indoors).
·Please leave your outside shoes at the door. We have several places to store your shoes inside of the main doorways.
·Our home has a septic tank. Please, no harsh chemicals, grease, or feminine products down the toilets or sinks.
·Our casa es su casa! But please respect locked closets and cabinets – If they are locked, they are for owners’ use only.
·Fireplaces: We have an indoor and outdoor fireplace. Since we offer central a/c and heat, these fireplaces are for ambience only, not to heat the house. Hence, please keep fires small and charming as we do not want to char our white walls! Please make sure the fireplace flue is open before lighting fire.
·For clawfoot tub in 3rd Floor (master) bathroom: Please do not use hand-held shower head function in the bath as it can easily splash onto the wall. Please use a towel to wipe up from the wall/floorboard behind the tub any water that may have splashed there during use.
·Enjoy the home gym! But please use the disinfectant towels provided to wipe up workout sweat.
·Please keep screens shut when doors and windows are open to keep the bugs out.
·Maximum rental occupancy for this home is 10. Please no gatherings beyond registered guests.
·We respect our neighbors, and we ask you to, as well! Please keep noise level down and follow quiet hours after 10 pm.
·Please follow local speed limits and park only in the property driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited.

•Las Hermanas has contracted for regular snow plowing during winter months. If the driveway is snowed-in while you are at the property, it will be plowed for your departure.
