This great space is fresh and newly renovated. Once you walk through your private entrance area, walk up the stairs to your very own private studio loft. The main living area has lovely tall ceilings to create that sense of light filled ambiance, a super comfortable couch, a large Smart TV, split system for heating and cooling & huge windows to allow you to take in the sea breeze. The other room is a generously sized queen bedroom with a HD TV, ensuite (shower & toilet) and walk in robe. The kitchenette area is brand new and fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink & mini fridge. Nothing has been left out in this thoughtfully designed and purposely built upper level studio apartment for two.
Guests enjoy having a private entrance to the two story apartment. The house has been divided into two private seperate studio apartments. The loft apartment is separated from the main house, so guests have plenty of privacy. This beautiful property is equipped with reverse cycle heating, A/C cooling & ceiling fans. Guests also have access to an umbrella that they can use in wet weather conditions.

The Beach Loft is 100% gay hosted, owned & operated & is clothing optional. Everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy my property. Conveniently, I also live at the property in a seperate studio apartment on the first floor of the property. I enjoy meeting up with my guests & making new friends, however I'm guided by the guests preference & respectful of their privacy. I’m also more than happy to show guests all the beautiful walking trails & beaches around my area, as well as grab a drink and/or food together at the many awesome restaurants & bars in Torquay. For those more adventurous you are welcome to join me for a swim at the local gay nude beach too.
HOW TO GET TO TORQUAY FROM MELBOURNE CBD?
Easy! Simply catch the train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne CBD. The Geelong V-Line train from Melbourne to Waurn Ponds Station (Geelong). The train fare is under $20 AUD, so its very affordable & the train duration is only 1.5 hours from Melbourne to Waurn Ponds Station. The train has very comfortable seats, a cafe and restrooms on board for comfort. Once you arrive at Waurn Ponds Station, it is only a 15 minute drive to the accomodation. I'm more than happy to help coordinate a pick up vehicle for you & your guests from Waurn Ponds Stations to the accomodation prior to your stay on request.

For safety reasons the front entrance door and the security door must be locked whenever a guest leaves the property during their stay and when vacating property. If the front doors remain unlocked whether intentionally or unintentionally as per the above a fee of $250 will be charged.
