2. No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but is allowed on the private terrace overlooking the inner yard. Please ensure that the door is closed when smoking outside to keep the indoor space fresh for all guests.
3. No Parties or Events:
Our cosy apartment is perfect for relaxing, but it's not suitable for parties or events due to its size. We kindly ask that you enjoy the space in a quiet, respectful manner.
4. No Pets:
We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
5. Respect Quiet Hours:
Quiet time in the building is between 2 PM and 4 PM. Please be considerate of our neighbours during these hours.
6. Maximum Occupancy:
The apartment is suitable for 2 adult guests only. Please ensure that only those included in the booking stay overnight.
7. Take Care of Our Space:
We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and leave it in the same condition you found it.
8. Third-Floor Access by Stairs:
Please note that our apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift. We hope this won’t be an issue for you!
9. Lost Keys:
A fee of €20 per key will be charged in case of loss.
