Please confirm total guests otherwise will be charged extra upon checkout.
Even-though long stays are allowed, for long stays booking (4 weeks of stay or longer) a damage deposit of £1500 ($2000) is required prior to arrival. On the check out date and after cleaner inspection of the apartment (if no damages or excessive cleaning required) the deposit will be fully refunded to the guests.
There is strictly no third party booking/check in.
Strictly no event allowed.
The apartment is self check in. However, the guest still needs to be responsive to the host’s communication 24 hours before arrival, to be provided with key box code and all the check in instructions.
