General quiet hours would be 10pm-8am. Just trying to be mindful of our neighbors, but we’re night owls and are usually up watching TV in the living room or something similar.
Smoking is okay in the backyard only. If you vape, you can vape anywhere.
No pets (sorry I’m allergic to most animals).
Please tidy up common areas after use and take care of personal items. No need to wash the bed sheets we’ll do that after your stay.
Be respectful and courteous of shared spaces like the kitchen or living room.
No visitors. May be willing to make a special exception based on circumstance.
Please lock doors when you leave. They are smart locks and only require a click of the lock button.
Please do not take it upon yourself to drink our alcoholic beverages. We may be willing to share if you’re 21+ but that will be a case by case scenario. This goes for food too. Please ask first.
