Booking conditions :
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay. The balance of the stay and all additional services (meals, drinks, etc.) must be paid at the end of the stay. The owner draws the customer's attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates. It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out such insurance. The organization of the house and the exterior do not allow us to welcome children between 0 and 12 years old. Pets are not allowed. In the event of a client's departure due to the refusal of his or her pet, no reimbursement will be made.

Cancellation policy :
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
After this date, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
The same amount will be charged for no-shows.
1 - Cancellation insurance The owner draws the customer's attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates. It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out such insurance. 2 - Cancellation and modification of the stay by the customer Any modification of the reservation, date or room, is only possible with the agreement of the owner and may result in additional charges, and will be made according to availability on the date of the modification. All cancellations must be notified to the owner by letter, fax or ******** (or e-mail). The customer is informed of the special conditions in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay: - If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in full to the customer; - If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained by the owner. - If the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains the property of the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation. - In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation is retained in full by the owner. Unused additional services will be reimbursed. 3 - Cancellation by the owner If the owner cancels the holiday before the start of the holiday, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or ******** (or e-mail). Without prejudice to any claims for damages, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for any sums paid. 4- Damage and Disappearance The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, and to systematically declare - and assume financially - any damage for which he/she is responsible. As the rooms have been decorated and furnished with passion by the owner, we ask you to respect the objects made available to you. Any undeclared disappearance will be billed to the customer at replacement value.
