2. Guest Capacity: To maintain the charm and comfort of our property, we limit the number of guests to 16 at any time, day or night.
3. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 6 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
4. Quiet Evenings: To respect local laws and our neighbours, outdoor areas, including the deck and spa, are off-limits after 10:30 PM. This helps ensure a peaceful night for everyone in the community.
5. No Bucks or Hens: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks or hens parties on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!
