* Strictly no shoes in the bedroom..
* No party at home.
* Quite hour 10Pm to until 8AM in the morning.
* You can use the kitchen but you have to wash dishes by your self and keep clean the kitchen.
* After you booked my place you have to keep in touch with me here in the inbox. I will sent you self checking instructions during the arrival day morning After 11AM German time.
* This is not a Hotel. This is my private apartment. Make sure you don't disturb my neighbors.
