*** SENSITIVE SEPTIC SYSTEM**** Only toilet paper is to be flushed in toilets. No sanitary wipes (even if they say flushable), female hygiene products, paper towels, tissues or trash.
*** Please do not cross yellow chain located on the right of the kayak shack. We have a very tight property line with our neighbor and wish to respect the boundaries.
*** The green cones located near the kayak shack indicate the boat ramp for 4404 Muddy Creek. Please do not go near or into any of the buildings around the kayak shack. They are not ours.
*** Please do not swim in the pond. The pond is great for fishing, but during certain times of the year there are snakes and the occasional large, aggressive breeds of fish that could potentially be in the water.
