10. We have filtered drinkable water. We usually put them in the pitcher and drink it cold. Feel free to purchase your own bottled waters.
11. Upon check out, guests are to double check to ensure they have all of their belongings. However, if you do realize you have left any item(s) of value behind, then you must contact host ASAP. Please note we are not responsible for any item(s) left behind & there is no guarantee we can return it back to you. If it is possible, there will be a $20 handling fee, plus the cost of postage, shipping & any other costs involved in returning the item(s) back to you. If item(s) are left behind & found, they will be discarded or donated after a 24-hour period.
