Important Information:
Rates: Your booking covers the entire property, with a rate adjustment for groups over 10 guests. An additional $75 per guest, per night, will apply for the 9th and 10th guests, including setup and linen for the sofa bed.
Pets: We’d love to welcome your furry friends! We can accommodate well-behaved, house-trained dogs up to 20kg and non-shedding breeds. There is a $40 fee per pet per stay, and we’ll need to approve them upon request.
Respectful Environment: To maintain the peaceful ambiance and ensure respect for our neighbors, we ask that guests avoid loud music, late-night parties, and pool gatherings. We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a serene stay for everyone.
Visitor Policy: While visitors are welcome, overnight stays are reserved for paying guests only. A security camera at the garage monitors the driveway for your safety and to manage visitor access.
Liability: Guests are responsible for adhering to these guidelines. Any damages due to non-compliance will incur additional charges or be covered by your security bond.
