We have two Air Conditioners in the flat, one in the living room and one in our bedroom. Since the doors are always open and the cool air reaches till your room. Plus you have the ceiling fan in your room. There is one bathroom in the flat for share. Usually the usage of the living room and the kitchen is not included in the offer. However, considering a long term stay (more than a week), it is fine to use the kitchen with the condition of NOT frying anything with heavy smell (fish) and leave the dishes and appliances CLEAN. You can also use the washing machine during your stay and dry the clothes in your room or in the terrace upstairs.
