By making a reservation on our website, the guest accepts the following general conditions. In order to book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of guests, etc. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. Goodluck Homestead is running on Solar power, no high wattage electronic items may be used i.e. Hairdryers, coffee machines, air fryers etc. Please ensure all lights are turned off when going to bed, including all outside/ patio lights. The dishwasher may only be switched on during the daylight hours

Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times set by the property in order to allow the rooms to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. Check-in policy: The room is available from 14:00 hours, unless early check-in is available. Check-out policy: The room must be vacated by 10:00 hours, unless late check-out is available (additional charges may apply).

Payment for your stay is made per the conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount of the reservation, any service charges and the applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and date change conditions vary depending on the type of booking and the rate selected.

Guests' responsibilities Guests must respect the rules and policies of the property during their stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.

Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The property is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay a pleasant one. However, we cannot be held responsible for any disturbances or accidents beyond our control. In the event of problems or complaints during your stay, we ask you to inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate steps to resolve the situation.

From a certain time, after 22:00 hours, guests are asked to maintain silence to not disturb other guests who wish to rest.

In order to guarantee guests' peace of mind and respect for the rules of coexistence, no parties or noisy events may be organised on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
Smokers may only light up outdoors and remove all evidence of cigarettes

Goodluck Homestead is a working farm with free ranging livestock and our own two and four legged pets. We cannot guarantee the safety of your pets, as much as we love them, sadly pets are not permitted on the farm.
