4. No Children Under 18: The property is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM.

7. Clean Up After Yourself: Ensure all areas you use, especially the courtyard, are kept clean and tidy.
