APARTMENT
- When you leave, please turn off the lights, close the windows, turn off the television, air conditioning and other electronic equipment. It is not necessary to unplug electronic equipment.
- We provide soap, towels and bed linen for your use. In the event of damage/stains to bed linen and towels or broken items in the apartment, the guest will be charged, as described in the rules of the ******** platform.

DELIVERY - ORDERING MEALS
When ordering meals, please enter the delivery address: Rua 406B, nº54. Bairro Morretes - Apt 901. Meet the delivery person at the door of the building's entrance hall, with the doors closed. The delivery person is not authorized to enter the building/apartment to deliver snacks. In the event of an infraction, the guest will be subject to a fine from the condominium.

COMMON AREA OF THE BUILDING
No noise after 10 p.m. or smoking is allowed in the common areas of the building or inside the apartment. Beware of conversations in the corridors. In the event of an infraction, the guest is subject to a fine from the condominium. The common areas are monitored by cameras.

SECURITY AND CLEANING
- When entering and leaving the apartment, wait for the gates to close completely;
- Third parties are not allowed to enter or stay without the permission of the hosts. The manager/host is aware of who the guests are and monitors the flow of people via cameras. In the event of disrespect, the guest is subject to a fine passed on by the condominium;
- It is FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the apartment, subject to a fine of 300.00 if non-compliance is established by smell, cigarette butts or a complaint from the manager. In the event of a repeat offense, a daily fine of 300.00.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in apartment windows and in the common areas of the building in accordance with the condominium's rules, subject to a fine of the amount stipulated by the condominium;
- Keep quiet after 10pm;
- On arrival, the guest receives a key ring containing the 2 apartment door keys (common key + tetra key), garage door remote control, concierge entrance tag and concierge door key. The guest must take care of these items and return them to the host at check-out. If these items are lost or misplaced, a charge of R$ 15.00 will be made for the ordinary key, R$ 50.00 for the tetra key, R$ 100.00 for the garage door remote control and R$ 100.00 for the gate tag.
- Take good care of your belongings. When you go in and out, make sure you lock the apartment door;

KITCHEN
There is crockery available in the kitchen. Feel free to use them. After use, they should be washed, dried and put away in the same place they were taken from.

DAMAGE TO ITEMS
Bath towels and bed linen: In the event of stains or damage caused by make-up, food, drinks or any other item, the guest will be charged the amounts below. Lost items will incur the same charge:
Face towels, bath towels and bathroom rugs: R$ 40.00 per item;
Pillowcases: 20.00 per item;
Sheets, over-sheets and blankets: R$ 100.00 per item;

PET: when taking your pet to go potty, please clean up after yourself.

Kitchen/furniture/utensils: if items in the apartment are lost or damaged, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the cost of replacing the item.
